Who is responsible

Visiting the website

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Apart from the map tiles of the interactive Demo A (below), it loads no fonts, scripts or other content from third parties.

When you open a page, our web server processes technical data to deliver the page and keep the service secure: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the browser's user-agent string and the referring page. These server logs are kept for up to 30 days and then deleted automatically. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The website is hosted in data centres in the European Union. Our hosting and network providers process these technical data only on our behalf.

Cloudflare, Inc. is our DNS and network provider. Requests to this website pass through its network, which processes connection data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks.

The interactive site-finder demo (Demo A) shows a map. When you open it, your browser loads map tiles directly from OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation, United Kingdom), which receives your IP address and browser details for that purpose. No other page loads content from third parties.

Writing to us

If you e-mail us, for example about the pilot programme, we use your e-mail address, your name and the content of your message to reply and to prepare a possible pilot agreement. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We keep this correspondence for as long as it is needed for the exchange. If no agreement follows, we delete it no later than 12 months after our last contact. If you join the pilot, the pilot agreement and statutory retention periods apply.

Pilot projects

This website does not collect project material. If you join the pilot, we tell you in writing, before you upload anything, how your material is processed: which AI services and hosting locations are involved, how long data is kept, and that it is never used to train AI models. A separate data processing agreement covers this.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data and to have it corrected or erased. You can also ask us to restrict its processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and receive your data in a portable format. To exercise these rights, write to info@geateh.si.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (www.ip-rs.si) or with the supervisory authority in your country.
